If you learn from your suffering, and really come to understand the lesson you were taught, you might be able to help someone else who's now in the phase you may have just completed. Maybe that's what it's all about after all.... ... Anonymous

meethi  about what i learned from my suffering.. i did try n help a few.. dont know if they understood  new sufferings will tell when i learn about them maybe that's what it's all about after all  anamika

AHHHHHHHHHH, I agree with this one! I tend to preach at others too much about the experiences I have, but I do think that what we have learned should be shared, so that it makes it hopefully someone will listen and take a smarter, shorter, simpler route to the end of that path.

Everyone always think think" It will not happen to me" that is why all the advice goes totally waste. We often refuse to learn from others mistakes( some even from their own mostakes). If we all just learnt to accept things without an " I know better" attitude than this world would be a better place Bubbly
