The other day, I went out after locking the door n got into my car, started it up, n thought I forgot something, thought quickly to self, I am late n its not anything of any priority. Took about 4 seconds to come to that decision. I head on down the road, am going a little under speed limit of 25mph, when of a sudden, a toddler of perhaps 3 years of age runs full tilt out into the street in front of me, from between two parked cars with out a glance in my direction of course. I about have cardiac arrest, hit breaks and swerve. With good reflexes, a human takes approximatly 1 second to hit the breaks. Two seconds and he woulda fer sure been under my car. Normally, bein tired, late and going at least speed limit or 5 miles an hour faster, that lil guy woulda been a bump under my front tire, this time actually going below speed limit by perhaps 5 miles an hour. And this life born to, changed to what? The parents of that lil guy? Remember to give thanks fer a few seconds of delay, or those that add into minutes, who knows what could be transpiring without you............ And Divine Mother Loves us not!
