A friend reminded me of an incredible experiance we had while in India awhile back. It was towards the end of a retreat at Penusila Ashram n they had the children from the school that is sponsored by many who are at this retreat. There were about 45 to 50 children from the ages of 3 to 6 or 7, they had just arrived and the teacher was getting them seated n organized, was so suprised how well they behaved. The teacher asked them to start singing the "Saraswati" mantra..........I stood transfixed by this sound from these little ones.......like being drowned in a golden white light....The most beautiful musical experiance we have had to date I reckon. I will no ferget the incredible beauty of those moments etched upon this soul by these children, a gift written upon this soul. ` Come, share your most treasured musical moments here........

sounds very beautiful indeed....as for me i can never forget being in 4th and 5th grade and having the same teacher both years..she was the most amazing teacher i ever had in my life...during winter one month b4 christmas 30 mins b4 the bell rang out for the end of school ..she would take the whole class to sit on the stair case ..we were on the third floor and from the stair case was a large window facing outside...we can see mount royal mountain way in the distance and trees filled with snow and house with chimmeys...the hot sun shinning on the snow making everything so beautiful.....anyways we would sit and sing christmas carols every day till christmas vacation.....she thought us how to sing them well and we all just enjoyed it.especially how our voice echoed from the stair case...some teachers would let out their class early just to come and hear us sing..even the principle would pass by..there is not a christmas that has pass in my life time that i dont remember those moments...and her...god bless her where ever she is....thank u Miss Abranson♥

One of the most treasured moments I've had was a few years ago when I joined a church choir at Christmas eve. Everyone held a candle and we all sang Christmas carols in the dark with just the candles. We did not know each other, we were all strangers just singing together
