Background of professor/students who were involved and/or witnessed the Smack Down. Professor is Italian American, unsure of generation factor Yianni is USA Green Card holder from Greece Kaiser is 1st Generation Pakistan American Ajay is USA H1B Visa holder from India I'm 8th Generation Danish, English, Irish, and Scottish American We were finishing our Capstone "aka Thesis" for our Masters in Network and Communications Management on Friday night. There was 30 minutes to go before we finalized everything for our big presentation to the client Saturday morning. To make a long story short, Yianni physically attacked Kaiser giving him a bloody nose. Due to the attack, school property was damaged. There is now an internal investigation; both Yianni and Kaiser have holds on their graduation. I just gave a statement, along with everyone else. Kaiser is still in shock due to the surroundings, where he is supposed to be safe, SCHOOL! I'm confused about the whole situation. Yianni has been a friend longer. I can't tolerate violence, though. I gave my statement, without bias, as to the events leading up the the attack. A police report was made by the school a few days afterwards because of damaged property. It's very possible that Yianni could get deported back to Greece if found guilty. No one wants to see that happen, not even Kaiser. Yianni stopped taking my calls, after he hired a defense lawyer.
