WHY DOES FIFI CRY OUTLOUD?

Serious Comments Only

She didn't "talk" for 15 years, why is she suddenly crying out? I keep her water fresh, her liter box fresh, and fresh food for her three times a day.

What am I doing wrong that makes her scream out in the middle of the night? She will stare at a wall and just "scream".

Boss,

She is old and may have developed some ailment like stomach ache or breathing problems etc. If she is crying out intermitently, then there is a chance that she cries out for pain.

Visit a vet asap.

Candy, it sounds like the cat is sick. It could be developing some health problems. Take it to the Veteranarian for a check up. It could be something serious.

I will, I have to get her nails clipped and matted hair shaved. I don't think she is ill.

WHAT?

No psychics, please.

She didn't talk for 19 years, and now she is yelling. I hope it is this simple...

She seems to do it when Yed comes home at night. He cooks "meat" and takes it to his room. She can't get to him. She yells.

She seems to yell when there is no meat smell, like today, though. She stares at the wall and screams.

If I don't forget, I'll take her to the vet tomorrow for nail and hair trimming. No vet will be around for screaming diagnosis.

Fifi is fine. She is extremely healthy, but underweight, for her age. The last time the vet weighed her, she was 4 lbs. She's never weighed more than 6 lbs. I've been feeding her three times a day, plus hard cat food. She's so picky on what she eats; it's like she'd rather starve then eat.

I think I am slowly fattening her up again. I didn't realize one of the roommates was making her really scared to eat with his abuse. HE'S GONE!

I can feel a difference in her weight. I'm taking her soon to the vet. She needs nails and hair trimmed. I'll have them weigh her then.

She's my baby! I've had her for so long (20 years), that when she does pass... a co-worker said I will probably need therapy when Fifi dies. It will be very similar to when a close family member dies.

I'm not looking forward to the day of Fifi's passing. I hope I go first.

Yes it will be very painful when she pass away. You are right it will feel like the loss of a very near one.

But still please live on we will be there for you.

We both had a close encounter many moons ago. I left a candle burning on a glass table (with a spray container of some sorts). The candle burnt down and there was a huge explosion.

The foundation of my grandmother's home moved 1/2 inch. I was laying next to the explosion. I couldn't hear for a few days afterwards. My hair was singed from the fire.

I was beating many fires out with a blanket. The last fire was to big for me to handle. I started stomping on it with my foot.

Long story short... I had third degree burns on the bottom of my foot. I wouldn't let the ER person pull the burnt blanket from my foot. I let it fall off naturally with soaking.

I was supposed to get skin graphs, but my way of "self" healing (and meditation) worked better. Because I let the skin react normally, the skin grew back. I'm not kidding. The burn doctor was amazed, too.

I meant to write the above story, because it is about LOVE. I came back home after the fire.

I first let FIFI free into nowhere due to the fires, before I thought about myself.

Once back home, I called out for FIFI. She came out from an old stove in the breeze way and jumped into my arms.

She is pure love to me!

I love Fifi more than I love family. People say it's not normal; they think I'm weird. The little furball has my heart like no other has been able to capture.

I'm canceling the appointment later today. I'm so tired now. Yed, roommate, woke me up this morning at 3:30AM. He was so loud; I have to believe he is doing this on purpose. I've talked to him so many times about his behavior.

I'm completely awake now. I'm going to reschedule Fifi's appointment for Monday after I get off of work. I'm really starting to dislike Yed. He is so inconsiderate of others with noise while others are sleeping. He's so inconsiderate of others with cleanliness like leaving food in his room; I've verbally warned him over and over about this.

I'm on the verge of giving him a 30 day notice to move out. I can't continue to live like this; I get no sleep and others are complaining about his disrespect of shared space and personal property. Yed is using others PC's (with permission); I'm getting complaints that he is getting food stains on their PC's.

He's not listening to my words about anything. I no longer think he is worthy of being our roommate!

When I said I'm awake... I'm not. I'm in a complete stage of confusion. It's so early in the morning. I should be sleeping. I'm so mad right now.

True story: I once slept in the main bathroom (tub) due to Yed and his loudness in the wee hours of the morning. I just wanted to get 8 hours of sleep before work. Why is he so disrespectful... I don't understand it.

I'd love to! He is supposed to be moving at the end of January 2009. I really HOPE this is a reality.

My Indian roommates feel sorry for Yed, because he works weird hours. I just asked Nemo, "Do you ever feel sorry for me when Yed constantly wakes me up all night long?". I have to get up by 4AM. Nemo thought for a second, then he said something like... he never thought about it that way.

Gee, I'm starting to wonder if men from Indian even care about women. I thought they did, but I'm seeing a whole new side of their caring attitude.
