LOL ......Phew....Glad I haven't opted for being an technical assistant for any customer product. I would have lost my marbels and would have been fuming by now.. But definately a good collection of customer support situations. I have been having a pain in my stomach laughing...

But definately a good collection of customer support situations. I have been having a pain in my stomach laughing... I do pity the poor tech server who has to cope with !d!ots as such. On the other hand, I often find that a lot of patience is required from my side to understand the various dialects of the technical support staff. Some are from the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, India .... who are very smart inrollingthewordstogether especially when therearealotofrrrrs  here comes my prayer ... Dear Lord help me to keep my sanity and let me watch my Ps and QsWhy worry and have wrinkles ... When you can smile and have dimples
