wow memories..i love this song...so many people sang it but the original singer was Dusty springfield.... and the memory that u brought back to me was when i was a little girl sitting outside my friends back yard n her dad playing this song on the guitar and her mother singing...funny thing is...that was my first and only time i ever hang out with that girl...but i will never forget the song ..coz her mother made us sing it to along with her...it was interesting for me to see parents singing and playing music and that memory never left....thanks bella for making me remembering something sweet   ♥

I looked up the song yesterday. Saw the one by Dusty Springfield. Good song You are right. Songs are always associated with memories. Just hearing the same song at a later date brings out the same emotions  VASHALAN

Funny how music just seems to define the moments mrex .. turning them into those misty, water color memories - of the way we were. Scattered pictures, of the smiles we left behind ... smiles we gave to one another .. of the way we were! Now see what you started? I'm never going to get Barbara Streisand outta my head now.
