Good pick, YD4E. As I recall, he composed the score for Z while he was imprisoned and had to have it smuggled out to Costa Gavras. What a top movie, - a political thriller based on fact, and greatly enhanced by Theodorakis' music - a real shot in the eye for the colonels.

Thank you, Peregrin!  Yes, he was and ist a brave man, an idealist who risk just everything. I adore him for what he did as human, citizen and of course composer. I am soo happy for have found many works of him on net.
