I think if any one of the condoms breaks both will know. While one shouts and the other hears. So both know. So only way to make sure there is safe sexual encounter use reputed quality condom. Not the recyclled ones from china. I read this somewhere........ WHAT IS THE SIMILARITY BETWEEN A BURNT TOAST AND A PREGNENT WOMEN.
