In which instances is control undesirable?

In which instances is control desirable?

What about self-control? When is it appropriate, and when is it excessive?

What about control of children? When is it appropriate, and when is it excessive? What are the best methods? Why?

What about control of husbands, wives, brothers, sisters, parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, neighbors, classmates, coworkers, and others?

What about control of employees or employers? What are the best methods? Why?

What about control of citizens or government officials?

What about control of parishioners or religious leaders? What are the best methods? Why?

What other examples can you think of?

Please share your views so we can each enlighten, inspire, encourage, strengthen, support, and help one another.

There are many kinds of control.
Control can be desirable or undesirable.

A singer wishes to spontaneously control
their voice.

A dancer wishes to spontaneously control
their body.

Each of us in any aspect of living
might best wish a balance
between control and chance
in all our activities.

Well I wonder if I should be well controlled regarding Aumoshoaum´s flooding and never ceasing mania?

I'm glad you haven't answered his recent topics.
No one has.
So long as no one does,
they won't get onto the page
that lists topics
in the order of most recently answered.
I haven't even read his now topics.
I used to read his topics,
participate in the good ones,
and reason with him about the crummy ones.
Now, I usually don't read or vote or answer them
before someone else does,
so that I don't encourage him to abuse us,
though a few of his questions are excellent.

Regarding self- control I feel that there is a need to go "primitive" sometimes as overly control is not healthy.

Yes, a natural balance and harmony are ideal.

Sometimes control is smoothly instinctual,
like a tiger,
or butterfly,
or smoothly spontaneous,
like an athlete or artist in the zone.

I wasn't going to tell you but I will probably read Dianetics to understand you better, if possible. I am making several discoveries. I wonder what is hiding in this site?

I'm glad that you are.
Thank you for sharing.
Would you like to give details?

It seems that there is an adult arena hiding behind the apparent. Our moralism and reaction on "being cheated upon" is simply our own disability to understand.

Strange things are happening for no apparent reason. I am opposed to and cast out, whatever method I apply.

Remainig silent seems to be the way.

I find it more effective to seek out people
who can and want to understand and contribute
than to try to get those who can't or don't want to
to do so.

God! It's a huge question and answer will equal the whole Universe! In brief I can only say [which is not possible] self-control is the best.
