Each girl's bag has 56 cats in it (7 big ones and 7x7=49 little ones). Sir Ramprakash, perhaps you forgot to add the legs of the cats. Your answer can be aaproached like this : 7 bags for each girl so: 7 bags x 7 girls = 49 bags in total 7 cats each bag : 7 cats x 49 bags = 343 cats total Each cat has 7 kittens : 343 cats x 7 kittens = 2401 kittens total Each cat has 4 legs : 343 cats x 4 legs = 1372 cat legs total Each kitten has 4 legs : 2401 kittens x 4 legs = 9604 kitten legs 14 legs for the ladies Now add all the leg totals together (YOUR METHOD)= 14 girl legs + 9604 kitten legs = 9618 legs total But sir what about the Cats legs!!! the method we used: Add all the leg totals together : 14 girl legs + 1372 cat legs + 9604 kitten legs = 10990 legs total "Man's greatest asset is the unsettled mind." - Isaac Asimov
