Isn't sex good?
People don't always praise it like they should.
They use words like dirty, shame, and sin.
But then where does all life begin?
Why should we be afraid of it?
Why should we just forget,
the greatest pleasures we'll ever know?
Why shouldn't we let our passion show?
Love embraces sex and intimacy.
So what do we need with all this hypocrisy?
Shouldn't we only feel guilty if we've done something wrong?
There's no place for poison in such a sweet song.
Pleasure and desire so intense and so divine,
following all of us through all the world and all of time.
These feelings are natural and live inside us all.
What will we do when we hear lust's consuming call?
Do we give other's control over us,
and let them shape us as they wish?
Or do we indulge in acts so sensuous,
feasting upon passion's delicious dish?
We should set our hearts free,
to fly into the sun.
The world should let us be,
and let us have our fun.
