How often we wait for those grand moments of revelation, those intense times tat blast us into transformation, those turning points tat forever change us n our lives, Those the dramatic moments we write abt, see in movies, n long for in our lives,Yes, they are wounderful, But turning points such as those happen only a couple of tmes in a movie n few times in lifetime. Each moments of each day in our lives is valuable turning point- an important part of our spiritual growth, an important fear, hate, love, despair, excitement, Each action we take has value: an act of love, an act of healing, Each word we speak, each word we hear, see scene we allow ourselves to see, n each scenario we participate in changes us.
Trust n value each moment of your life. Let it be important. It is a turning point. It is a spiritual experience.
The old way said do , do , do , push, push , push. Only when the work was done cud we allow ourselves time to rest, But when the work was finished, We often forget to reward ourselves. The old way won't work anymore. We learned too much, come too far, Our body won't let us. Our heart will object. Let the work be more fun. Don't push yourself so hard, Let your actions be effortless-- an easy result of learning to focus and learning to trust your inner timing. Learn to let your actions spring naturally and easily from there. Let your inner voice and life guide you into breaks while you're working, While you're focusing on the task, Stop fearing it won't get done. Stop worrying if you're doing it well enuff,Take breaks when you need to and really let go. Take time at the end of the task, too, Take time to reward yourself. To Feel pleasure in your accomplishment, To play at the end of the day,
See how balance occurs naturally when we trust our heart, See how much easier life can be when we live it from the heart.
I've learned that the greatest achievements aren't allways awards or prizes, My greatest achievement is nothing material: It is the valuable lesson I learned about the human spirit . Awards fades away, prizes lose thier luster, but lessons learned are lessons forever.
Friendship is a magic thing. able to bring a smile from a memory; able to share a part of another"s life. It doesnt matter how large a part; What matters is the feeling of warmth it produces; the sunshine added to the day because of a smile freely given a kind thought sincerely sent. These things are just small parts of the magic of friendship. Friendship has no barrires; only a choice to share a part of another"s life. however briefly, and to let another share a part of your life. l'm glad to share the magic of friendship with you . l'd like to share a magic mushroom with you HAPPY BIRTHDAY KELLY
After a year of death even love wanders off, old faithful dog tired of lying on stiff marble,
In any case you would not understand this life, the plain white walls @ the books; a passion lost on you.
I do not know what forced your life throught iron years into a shape of giving- an apple, squares of chocalate, a hand.
There should have been nothing left after the mean streets, foaming washtubs, the wild cries of births at home.
Never mind. It'S crumbling in my hands, too, what you gave. I've jumped from ledges @ landed oddly twisted, bleeding internally.
Thus l learn how to remember your injuries- your sudden heaviness as fine rain fell, or your silence over the scraped bread board.
Finding myself in the end is finding you @ if you are lost in the folds of your silence then I find only to lose with you those years I stupidly slung off me ragged clothes. when l was ashamed to be the child of your child I scamble for them now
In dark clothes because I am afraid. l have forgotten so much . lf l could meet you again perhaps l could rejoin my own flesh
And not lose what ever you called love. I could understand your silence @ speak them @ you would be as present to me as your worn ring.
In the shadows i reach for the bucket of fierce dahlias you bought without pricing, the coat you shook free of it snow, the blouse that you ironed.
There's no love so pure it can thrive without incarnations. I would like to know you once agian over your chipped cups brimming with tea
to my grammie miss u, remembering u in the best and bad time ,where are you when l needed you the most
When things go wrong, as they sometimes will, When the road you're tryding seems all uphill, When the funds are low and the debts are high And you want to smile, but you have to sigh, When are is pressing you down a bit, Rest! If you must-but never quit, Life is queer, with it twists and turns, And everyone of us sometimes learns, And many a failure turns about, When he might have won if he'd stuck it out; Stick to your task, thought the pace seems slow- You may succeed with one more blow.Success is failure turned inside out- The silver tint of the clouds od doubt- And you never can tell how close you are, It may be near when it seems afar; So stick to the fight when you're hardest hit- It's when things seem worst that YOU MUSTN'T QUIT.
If you quit today, you'll never know what lies just around the bend.
one of my friend sent me this and l like to share with all, just incase someone is in the same boat as me
Each leaf's a trilobite a fossile record laid down on the raised white silt of incandescent light, Today a laying on of hands, tomorow a peaked roof of prayer.
Its secret the curled leaf raising an admonishing finger to invisiable lips,
These new leaves cajole and unroll an ancient scroll of palmate runes,
Try to catch them praying: thier numbers grow laterally, stems grow droopish, cascade over our pots,
Each leaf is it own millstone, They ingratiate themselves before the arras of wht we imagine a window to be.
Don't expect applause from the one-hand clapping.

Finish your business with people, Unfinished business with others is the biggest block to an open heart, the biggest block to peace and joy. The tangled cords tat bind us to the past are easy to find. All we need do is become quite and listen to the voice of our heart, Who do we resent? Who are we angry? Hurt by? Who are the ppl we aren't at peace with? That's our unfinished business, the unfinished business of the heart. Look deep inside. Find your secrets, Find your not-quite-finished pieces, Then discover wht you need to finish. Often , the answer is only a breath away- a breath of fresh air, a breath of forgiveness, a breath of love, Take that breath, Let the past go, Let it go in peace, thankful for all you've learned along the way.
Tie up your loose ends, Heal your connections to others and your heart by finishing unfinished business, The you'll be free to move on, And you can go forward in peace
Forgiveness is a simple word, but a difficult , complicated process, Forgiveness is also essential if we want to find happiness and joy, To forgive too soon, before we've felt our emotions-- our anger, rage, pain, and betrayal-- will harden our hearts and keep us closed, We'll have losse ends to tie up, an unfinished connection to our past, We'll have unfinished business with others, even thought we may not see them, speak to them, or consciously think about them any longer, We won't be free, and neither will they. Sometimes we need to seek forgiveness because we've tried everything else and nothing works to bring us back to peace. Some times forgiveness finds us, unexpectedly transforming our hearts, softening us, opening us, and renewing our hearts and our relationships,
sometimes forgiveness surprises us because it's the last thing we thought we would need to feel whole agian, Forgiveness is ofthen the completion of the process, IT'S THE ICING ON THE CAKE,
People are energy. Thoughts are energy, Part of loving ourselves is not ingesting toxins, negative energy is toxic. Don't stress others out by sending negative energy to them. Learn to tell when negative energy is stressing you, and learn to tell it to freeze',,,
