 | God be with you till we meet again; By His counsels guide, uphold you, With His sheep securely fold you; God be with you till we meet again.
Till we meet, till we meet, Till we meet at Jesus' feet; Till we meet, till we meet, God be with you till we meet again.
God be with you till we meet again; 'Neath His wings protect and hide you; Daily manna still provide you; God be with you till we meet again.
Till we meet, till we meet, Till we meet at Jesus' feet; Till we meet, till we meet, God be with you till we meet again...
Death leaves a pain that no one can heal Loves leaves a memory no one can steal May God Bless You Till We Meet Again... |

It is a year since you left this world But the loving memories of you are still a-fresh Will always cherish the time we spent together Your absence leaves a silent heartache which non can heal…
Those we love don’t go away, They walk beside us everyday, Unseen, unheard but always near…
Lord in Heaven hear my prayer. Guard my brother with loving care Be a good Shepherd Don’t leave him alone Love him in heaven as I did at home !!!!

A well known speaker started off his seminar by holding up a $20 bill. In the room of 200, he asked, "Who would like this $20 bill?"
Hands started going up.
He said, "I am going to give this $20 to one of you but first, let me do this." He proceeded to crumple the dollar bill up.
He then asked, "Who still wants it?"
Still the hands were up in the air.
"Well," he replied, "What if I do this?" And he dropped it on the ground and started to grind it into the floor with his shoe.
He picked it up, now all crumpled and dirty. "Now who still wants it?" Still the hands went into the air.
"My friends, you have all learned a very valuable lesson. No matter what I did to the money, you still wanted it because it did not decrease in value. It was still worth $20.
Many times in our lives, we are dropped, crumpled, and ground into the dirt by the decisions we make and the circumstances that come our way.
We feel as though we are worthless. But no matter what has happened or what will happen, you will never lose your value. YOU ARE SPECIAL - DON'T EVER FORGET IT !
Jesus Said "And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. So don't be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows." Matthew 10: 30-31

BUTTERFLY

(i dont know whether this was posted here before.. but i guess this is good to read again and again)
A man found a cocoon of a butterfly. One day a small opening appeared. He sat and watched the butterfly for several hours as it struggled to force its body through that little hole. Then it seemed to stop making any progress. It appeared as if it had gotten as far as it could, and it could go no further.
So the man decided to help the butterfly. He took a pair of scissors and snipped off the remaining bit of the cocoon.
The butterfly then emerged easily. But it had a swollen body and small, shriveled wings.
The man continued to watch the butterfly because he expected that, at any moment, the wings would enlarge and expand to be able to support the body, which would contract in time.
Neither happened! In fact, the butterfly spent the rest of its life crawling around with a swollen body and shriveled wings. It never was able to fly.
What the man, in his kindness and haste, did not understand was that the restricting cocoon and the struggle required for the butterfly to get through the tiny opening were God's way of forcing fluid from the body of the butterfly into its wings so that it would be ready for flight once it achieved its freedom from the cocoon.
Sometimes struggles are exactly what we need in our lives. If God allowed us to go through our lives without any obstacles, it would cripple us.
We would not be as strong as what we could have been. We could never fly!
I asked for Strength......... And God gave me Difficulties to make me strong.
I asked for Wisdom......... And God gave me Problems to solve.
I asked for Prosperity......... And God gave me Brain and Brawn to work.
I asked for Courage......... And God gave me Danger to overcome.
I asked for Love......... And God gave me Troubled people to help.
I asked for Favors......... And God gave me Opportunities.
I received nothing I wanted ........ I received everything I needed!
Trust in God. Always !

Some Tips to Please Your Wife

Some Tips to Please Your Wife
Sometimes a wife feels her husband does not treat her like before the marriage. She thinks that her husband now becomes less romantic to her, too busy with his job and does not have much time to have romantic times with his wife. Even she might think her husband becomes selfish, insensitive to her wife. Here are some tips to become a good husband and please your wife.
First, being a good listener. It can be a hard thing for you if you do not want to listen what your wife tells you about her day. Sometimes men think what women talk about is not important, so they do not need to pay attention of it or listen carefully. For women, you just need to listen and understand what they talk about.
Second, treat others like what you want to be treated by others. Surely, you do not want to be ignored by your wife, so do not ignore her. Appreciate what she has done for you, your children or your family. Say thanks to her for every single thing, so she feels that she is appreciated.
Another way is helping your wife. As you know, sometimes your wife is too tired to do all the things for you or your children. She will be so thankful for you if you help her to do her, for instance preparing dinner.
You also need to show your love and affection to your wife. You can go out to have dinner with her, give her a flower or a gift in your special days, like your anniversary. Small thing you do for her will make her understand that you still love her and care of her.
The last you can do is being patient. Sometimes your wife has run a boring day so she is too tired and in a bad mood. You need to be patient and understand her condition. You should do something to please her and make her smile again.

You, are all I need and where You lead me, I will follow, and, with all my heart, I give You praise. For life, for health and strength, for giving peace, in midst of sorrow, I, will lift my voice, and give You praise.
Your love, that's sent from above has changed my night, into a thousand rainbows. And through, Your love I've found more strength, than I've ever known.
You are, my dwelling place, And where you lead me, I will follow And through the cold, and through the storm, I will give you praise
Chorus: Lord, You are, my dwelling place, my present, help and for, these things I give, You praise; for this I give You praise.

9 Foods That Reduce Stress

 Oranges
A German study in Psychopharmacology found that vitamin C helps reduce stress and return blood pressure and cortisol to normal levels after a stressful situation. Vitamin C is also well known for boosting your immune system.
Sweet Potatoes Sweet potatoes can be particularly stress-reducing because they can satisfy the urge you get for carbohydrates and sweets when you are under a great deal of stress. They are packed full of beta-carotene and other vitamins, and the fiber helps your body to process the carbohydrates in a slow and steady manner.
Dried Apricots
Apricots are rich in magnesium, which is a stress-buster and a natural muscle relaxant as well.
Almonds, Pistachios, and Walnuts
Almonds are packed with B and E vitamins, which help boost your immune system, and walnuts and pistachios help lower blood pressure.
Turkey Turkey contains an amino acid called L-tryptophan. This amino acid triggers the release of serotonin, which is a feel-good brain chemical. This is the reason why many people who eat turkey feel relaxed, or even tired, after eating it. L-tryptophan has a documented calming effect.
Spinach A deficiency in magnesium can cause migraine headaches and a feeling of fatigue. One cup of spinach provides 40 percent of your daily needs for magnesium.
Salmon Diets high in omega-3 fatty acids protect against heart disease. A study from Diabetes & Metabolism found that omega-3s keep the stress hormones cortisol and adrenaline from peaking
Avocados The monounsaturated fats and potassium in avocados help lower blood pressure. The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute says that one of the best ways to lower blood pressure is to consume enough potassium (avocados have more than bananas).
Green Vegetables Broccoli, kale, and other dark green vegetables are powerhouses of vitamins that help replenish our bodies in times of stress.
More Stress-Busting Tips Exercise regularly.
Drink an energy shake for breakfast.
Eat small meals throughout the day, which will keep your blood sugar stable (when blood sugar is low, mental, physical, and emotional energy decreases, and stress increases).
